Miss Tross is very approachable, you can ask her anything knowing that she'll listen and answer your questions. I very much appreciate the time she spent explaining my x-rays to me. Miss Tross is very thorough, and during my first consultation she explained that it would be a complicated operation and that she would need to make some special preparations for it, which put me at ease and made me feel confident about the operation. She is also very kind and empathetic, and has an excellent bedside manner.

From the first meeting she put me at complete ease with the hip replacement i was about to undergo.She took time to explain what would happen to me during and after surgery.She was true to her word and now only 6 wks later i am like a new man with NO pain at all. I cannot recommend Dr Tross highly enough as an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Miss Tross is one of the best orthopaedic surgeons at Ealing Hospital. She did my knee replacement on both knees (one yr after another) and I am now walking well (no more sticks!), dancing and swimming and most activities with no problems at all. The before explanations were amazing and clear. We had a session with physios, nurses, o/t before the operation to explain the procedures to come and then during and after care with physio were amazing with lots of encouragement from the team. I would most highly recommend this special lady. could not change hospital but this was at EALING HOSPITAL/NHS.

Miss Tross replaced my left knee a year ago and I am very satisfied with the result. I seem to have suffered less pain and fewer after-effects than many people undergoing this operation. Miss Tross has a very good bedside manner and came to see me every day while I remained in hospital to ensure that all was progressing as it should.
